Great bunch of lads. After a hiccup with the transport agency (I’m based in N.I) decided to collect the car myself. Donald opened up shop on Easter Monday to accomodate me collecting the car. Responsive via email and every question/concern addressed promptly. Car is immaculate and no issues thus far. Highly recommend!

From the first email I sent requesting information about the car we were interested in to finally collecting the car we had excellent customer service, the salesman we dealt with was honest helpful and put my mind at ease. We travelled from London to collect the car and are delighted with the purchase, We also got a follow up email from the sales person we dealt with the following day which was also a nice touch . I have bought 2 cars at Irvine Car Centre and they have always been great to deal with professional and make you feel at ease buying a car . The car I went to look at had been sold before I arrived but after looking around I decided to buy a black Audi . I also enquired about finance and was offered a great low rate.The finance was arranged within 10 minutes and I was able to drive the car away within the hour which is the way I want to buy all my cars in the future :-) I have already recommended this dealer to friends and family and will be back when I am ready to change car. Recently bought a car from this very customer friendly company. We came across a very small issue which they weren't expected to fix but they took the car back and fixed it the very same day of purchase anyway. I have recommend them to all my family and friends. The staff were great in every encounter, before and after the purchase.
